His leadership has been instrumental in implementing world-class automation standards and cybersecurity best practices, safeguarding the nation’s critical infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with global benchmarks. As a Shell OT Technical Authority (TA2), ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP), and IEC-62443 Cybersecurity Expert, Wael has built a reputation for protecting national energy resources while enabling operational efficiency and reliability.
