As Managing Partner at Sustainable Concepts and founder of Namat—the real estate arm of Sustainable Concepts—he continues to drive excellence in green building and smart infrastructure development.
Mohamed’s distinguished career reflects his ability to manage large-scale and complex architectural and infrastructure projects with precision, often completing them ahead of schedule and within budget, while ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. Among the landmark projects Mohamed has contributed to are the construction of Muscat International Airport, a flagship development for Oman’s aviation sector; the Ras Al Hamra International School Development—Oman’s first LEED-certified school project under Petroleum Development Oman (PDO); the Adam Air Base project; and the expansive Port of Duqm construction. He has also played a vital role in the Sifah and Salalah tourism developments led by Muriya Tourism Development. These projects underscore his capacity to lead initiatives that blend sustainability with large-scale infrastructure demands.
