As Construction Team Leader for South Oman, he managed complex, multibillion-dollar oil and gas construction projects including the landmark Rabab Harweel Integrated Project. Hassan successfully led clusters of over 9,000 contractor personnel and 70+ PDO staff while consistently exceeding strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE), schedule, and quality targets in high-risk environments.
