Now leading as Construction Manager and Resident Engineer at COWI & Partners LLC in Muscat, Abhijit brings 19 years of multinational excellence, backed by professional licenses from Oman Society of Engineers (OSE), the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), and Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE).
Crucially, he also serves as an active Committee Member for the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) UK – Oman Chapter, supporting technical advancement, professional development, and international best practices within Oman’s civil engineering community.

Through meticulous coordination with contractors, RFI/RFA review, and continuous progress reporting, the project was delivered five days ahead of schedule.

During his tenure as Project Engineer, Abhijit delivered the Salalah Airport Interchange, including a complex box-girder bridge over the Salalah Bypass, a pedestrian bridge, and a full cloverleaf system critical to the new international airport.
He handled structural conformance, laboratory analysis oversight, stormwater compliance, traffic coordination, and final record documentation with uncompromising discipline.
At Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Abhijit served as Construction Project Manager for the award-winning Darsait–Wadi Kabir Road flyover, which earned MEED Transport Project of the Year.
He led daily planning, budget control, cost optimization, payment processing, and executive reporting while maintaining strict quality and safety benchmarks.
His international experience includes Qatar’s prestigious Katara Cultural Village with Galfar Al Misnad, where he refined infrastructure planning expertise.
Earlier, he contributed to the Mumbai Monorail as Assistant Construction Manager, supervising piling foundations, sub-structures, and superstructures while managing budgets and site plans.
