AbdulRauf’s professional journey includes a 15-year tenure at Halliburton Worldwide Limited, where he rose through the ranks to become Business Segment Manager, overseeing production and enhancement operations. He was instrumental in delivering quality customer service, outstanding safety performance, and consistent financial results, while also championing new technologies and process improvements.

He later joined MB Petroleum Services (MBPS), first as Manager for Coil Tubing, Fracturing & High-Pressure in Oman, then as Area Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In these roles, he was responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex well intervention projects, and ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards. His leadership was pivotal in the successful launch of new business lines and the implementation of innovative technologies.

At INTAJ Petroleum Services LLC, AbdulRauf served as Well Intervention Manager and Acting General Manager, further honing his skills in operations management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration. He played a key role in driving department growth, maximizing shareholder value, and maintaining a relentless focus on safety and quality.

Currently, as Business Development Manager for Hilong Oil Service & Engineering in Oman, AbdulRauf is responsible for overseeing tendering processes, contractor evaluations, financial planning, and the introduction of new technologies. His strategic vision and operational acumen ensure the company’s continued growth and leadership in the market.
