Alongside emergency command, he provides strategic HSE governance across six major Unity Fire and Safety contracts, overseeing safety compliance for approximately 250 personnel.

Said’s professional journey began with national service at the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority in Oman, where he served as a frontline paramedic and certified instructor. During this formative period, he responded to major national emergencies, supported incident command operations, and delivered accredited emergency training programs.

His hands-on experience in trauma care, CPR, mass casualty response, and evacuation operations laid the operational foundation that now informs his executive decision-making.

By training responders across multiple sectors, Said amplified his impact, strengthening emergency preparedness not only within individual organizations, but across Oman’s broader national response ecosystem.
