With more than 17 years of frontline and executive experience, Said stands at the intersection of operations management, emergency command, and Health, Safety, and Environmental leadership, protecting lives, critical infrastructure, and national assets through structured preparedness and operational excellence.

Based in North Al Batinah, Said currently serves as Operations Manager within the Sohar Emergency Response Organization (SERO) at Sohar Port, one of the Sultanate of Oman’s most strategically significant industrial gateways.

In this role, he oversees a 52-member emergency response force, ensuring continuous operational readiness across high-risk port and industrial facilities. Alongside emergency command, he provides strategic HSE governance across six major Unity Fire and Safety contracts, overseeing safety compliance for approximately 250 personnel.

During this formative period, he responded to major national emergencies, supported incident command operations, and delivered accredited emergency training programs.
His hands-on experience in trauma care, CPR, mass casualty response, and evacuation operations laid the operational foundation that now informs his executive decision-making.

By training responders across multiple sectors, Said amplified his impact, strengthening emergency preparedness not only within individual organizations, but across Oman’s broader national response ecosystem.
Beyond field command, Said is widely recognized as an internationally accredited emergency and HSE instructor, holding credentials aligned with globally respected institutions including NEBOSH, the American Heart Association, and FEMA’s Incident Command System.

His training philosophy emphasizes operational realism. Through scenario-based simulations that mirror real-life emergencies, he enhances:
