As Head of Sales at Al Abrar Real Estate, Jagruti leads the go-to-market strategy and commercial delivery behind one of Oman’s most ambitious master-planned communities within Sultan Haitham City called Hay Al Wafaa. Spanning over 1 million square meters, the development will deliver approximately 2,500 residential units, alongside integrated retail and lifestyle infrastructure, positioned as a smart, sustainable, future-ready community aligned with ESG principles.

Her mandate is clear: drive absorption, maximize revenue, and position the project as a benchmark for community living in Oman.

Beyond sales execution, Jagruti plays a critical role in product strategy and development, working closely with design and planning teams to ensure each offering is aligned with market intelligence, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarking. She actively contributes to shaping product typologies, layouts, and features, ensuring every phase is differentiated with a clear unique selling proposition (USP) and a strong value narrative.

Her approach is deeply research-driven and globally informed. She consistently engages with third-party consultants and studies successful community models from international markets, adapting and implementing ideas that are most relevant to the Oman market context, bringing innovation while maintaining cultural and commercial relevance.

Jagruti’s leadership is defined by her ability to operate at both strategic and executional depth, a skill sharpened through leadership roles at Hamptons International Oman, where she led the strategic repositioning of assets to enhance value, performance, and market relevance, and earlier in Dubai’s competitive real estate market with firms such as Betterhomes.

What sets her apart is her foundation in media, PR, and corporate communications, having worked with global brands including HSBC and Toyota. This background gives her a distinct edge: the ability to translate real estate into narratives that resonate, turning projects into destinations and transactions into long-term relationships through brand positioning, customer engagement, and stakeholder management.

Beyond the boardroom, she is the voice behind “You Are Human with Jagruti,” a podcast that explores resilience, growth, and human potential, reflecting her belief that leadership is as much about people as it is about performance.
