His early career involved managing precise inventory and warehousing operations for heavy industries. He served as Head of Warehouse for Sadolin Paints Oman, managing import and export activities for the largest paint manufacturing company in the Sultanate. He then transitioned to the energy sector, serving as Head of Logistics for Baker Hughes and later as Head of Warehouse and Acting Materials Manager for OQ, previously Oman Gas Company, which manages a 2600-kilometre gas pipeline network.

This deep grounding in physical infrastructure continued at Haya Water, where he spent over seven years as Senior Supply Chain Manager overseeing procurement for a massive national sewage system project. He later applied this expertise to the nation’s rail ambitions, acting as General Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain Management for the Oman Rail Company.

He has served on the Board of Directors for Mwasalat Oman and the National Ferries Company, acting as Chairman of the Audit Committee for both organisations. His governance expertise extends into the maritime sector, having served on the Board of Directors for the Duqm Naval Dockyard and as Chairman of the Major Tendering Committee for Sohar Port and Free zones.
