With over five years at Bank Muscat, Fahad’s leadership has been pivotal in managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with stringent guidelines. His hands-on approach ensures that every phase—from initiation to closure—meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Fahad’s expertise extends to overseeing renovations, new branch launches, and the deployment of innovative banking solutions such as ATM installations and instant debit card issuance kiosks. His technical coordination and stakeholder management skills have been instrumental in delivering projects that enhance customer experience and accessibility, including specialized ATMs for people with disabilities and strategic offsite installations.

Prior to joining Bank Muscat, Fahad honed his project management skills as a Project Engineer at Services & Trade Company LLC, where he was responsible for planning, site management, quality assurance, and the execution of complex construction and renovation projects. His early experience as a Site Engineer at Al Watanyiah United Engineering & Contracting further strengthened his ability to manage resources, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on schedule.

Fahad’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from Caledonian College of Engineering, where he developed a solid foundation in construction technology, project finance, and strategic planning. He has continued to enhance his professional skills with certifications in Microsoft Project and advanced Excel, further supporting his commitment to effective project management and continuous improvement.
