Zahra Al Hajri is a digital transformation and change management professional with more than eight years of experience, specialising in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, digital adoption, and business process innovation within Oman’s oil and gas sector.
At Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Zahra has led major change initiatives focused on enterprise-wide adoption and organisational readiness. Her work includes supporting the organisation’s first enterprise generative AI adoption initiative, increasing users from 500 to more than 3,800 within three months.

She has also designed leadership engagement programmes for more than 350 senior leaders and supported digital transformation initiatives across multiple directorates.
Zahra has managed communication and stakeholder engagement programmes involving thousands of stakeholders. Her experience includes developing communication plans, executive messaging, awareness campaigns, newsletters, dashboards, webinars, and transformation materials that translate complex technical initiatives into clear and accessible narratives.
Her leadership has extended to enterprise innovation initiatives, including leading PDO’s first enterprise Hackathon and developing more than 30 transformation communication assets. She has also contributed to major engineering and digital programmes, including Advanced Work Packaging and the Panoramic Centre.

Before specialising in change management, Zahra developed extensive expertise in SAP, Business Intelligence, enterprise resource planning, and knowledge management. Her technical background enables her to bridge technology, business processes, people, and organisational outcomes.
Zahra is also an experienced speaker and Toastmasters leader, with more than 120 speeches delivered and international representation in speaking competitions. She has shared her experience in change leadership and confidence-building across international platforms, including events in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States.

She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, specialising in Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP), from Queensland University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sultan Qaboos University. Her professional credentials include Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
