Leading Ground and Passenger Operations in Marmul

In addition to warehouse leadership, Yathreb coordinates secondary logistics operations at Marmul. He oversees air and land passenger commuting, enhances security screening efficiency, and liaises with multiple stakeholders, including Oman Air and government authorities. His role ensures the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and baggage, maintaining excellent on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

He also manages contractor supervision and bus scheduling logistics, continuously driving improvements in operational workflows and passenger movement systems, further showcasing his strategic planning and problem-solving strengths.

Comprehensive Expertise and Professional Development

Yathreb’s career also spans over 13 years as an Operations and Logistics Executive at Gulf Pipeline Supplies, where he coordinated shipments, government procedures, and quality and HSE compliance in demanding environments. His early experience includes IT support roles at PDO and various contractors, where he honed skills in system troubleshooting and user support.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from MEC and has earned certifications in logistics, supply chain management, and project management. These qualifications equip him to lead teams efficiently, prioritize continuous improvement, and foster environments focused on safety and operational excellence.
