Sultan’s career began in the heart of Oman’s oil fields as an Instrument Technician, where he mastered the fundamentals of reliability and safety. His curiosity and dedication propelled him into control and automation engineering, and soon after, into leadership roles that demanded not just technical sharpness but the ability to inspire teams under pressure.

Today, he has led successful start-ups of Saih Rawl North West (SRNW) and Mabrouk North East (MBRNE) which significantly boosted Oman’s national gas output. His mantra is delivering projects “first-time-right” with speed, safety, and strategic foresight.

As a PDO-approved HSE Assessor, he champions risk management, behavior-based safety, and mentorship for young engineers.
