Adil Saud Al-Mahrouqi is an Omani leadership and strategic management professional whose career spans more than two decades across military, diplomatic, administrative, public relations, and institutional environments. Holding a Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategic Management, Al-Mahrouqi has further strengthened his leadership capabilities through the National Program for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight at the Royal Academy of Management, as well as the Military Qualification Program at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences.
