Hamed Al Ghassani is emerging as one of Oman’s inspiring young changemakers, combining engineering expertise, entrepreneurship, training, and community leadership to create meaningful social and developmental impact across the Sultanate. With a background in Industrial Electrical Engineering and a strong passion for innovation and youth empowerment, he continues to contribute to Oman’s evolving social and professional landscape through technology, education, and volunteer leadership.

A certified trainer who has successfully delivered workshops and development programs benefiting nearly 1,200 trainees, Hamed has built a reputation for empowering youth, supporting entrepreneurship, and encouraging sustainable innovation initiatives.

Holding a Diploma in Industrial Electrical Engineering from Salalah Vocational College, Hamed has developed practical expertise across electrical systems, maintenance operations, project supervision, and technical leadership. His professional journey includes roles with organizations such as Ministry of Defense – Engineering Affairs Services and Al Takamul Logistics Trading & Contracting Company, where he contributed to electrical maintenance operations and logistical supervision.

Expanding beyond engineering operations, Hamed also founded Regen Energy, an innovative initiative focused on sustainable energy solutions. One of the project’s notable innovations includes the development of plastic panels capable of generating electrical energy from light — reflecting his vision for environmentally conscious technological advancement.
Hamed’s influence extends deeply into youth and community development initiatives across Oman. Between 2025 and 2027, he contributed actively to developmental and community-focused initiatives through his role as a member of the Dhofar Governorate Youth Committee and through the Development Partners Committee in Salalah, participating in reports, proposals, volunteer activities, and youth empowerment programs that supported regional growth and engagement.
He became the first innovator representing Salalah Vocational College to reach advanced stages in several innovation and competition platforms, reflecting his early commitment to creativity, leadership, and impactful development initiatives.

He is also the Founder of the “Your Voice Reaches” initiative, a social empowerment project designed to support and integrate people with hearing disabilities into society. Supervised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, the initiative promotes inclusion, awareness, participation, and respect while strengthening community understanding around accessibility and equal opportunity. This initiative received deep attention and support from the Youth Committee in Dhofar Governorate, highlighting its growing social and community impact.

Further reflecting his commitment to leadership and communication development, Hamed co-founded the Inspire Toastmasters Club, where he currently serves as Vice President Membership, helping members strengthen public speaking, confidence, and leadership skills.
Beyond his technical and organizational achievements, Hamed has become a recognized motivational speaker and youth mentor, frequently invited to deliver dialogue sessions and inspirational talks focused on self-development, innovation, leadership, and societal contribution.

His multidisciplinary journey across engineering, entrepreneurship, training, and volunteer leadership demonstrates how young professionals can bridge technical knowledge with meaningful social impact.
